Return & Cancellation Policy

🛍️ Change of Mind / Standard Return

• Item must be in original condition (unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packaging).

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

• Refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

3. Pack the item securely and send it back.

🚚 Wrong or Damaged Item Delivered

If we made a mistake—such as sending you the wrong item or an item that is damaged upon arrival—you are entitled to a full refund.

📦 Item Damaged During Shipping

3. Take photos of the damaged package and item.

4. Email the photos and details to info@artsofpersia.com within 48 hours of delivery.

5. We will guide you through the return or replacement process.

• If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
