Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store www.artsofpersia.com by consumers and businesses.
A "consumer" is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB – German Civil Code).
2. Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with:
Arts of Persia UG (limited liability)
Danzigerstraße 3
61231 Bad Nauheim
Germany
Email: info@artsofpersia.com
3. Conclusion of Contract
The product display in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart.
We will confirm receipt of your order automatically via email. A contract is only concluded once we accept the order by email or dispatch the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in euros and include applicable VAT (if applicable) plus shipping costs. Shipping costs are clearly communicated during the ordering process. Details can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Your account will be charged immediately after completing the order.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. You can find detailed information in our separate Cancellation Policy.
8. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with visible transport damage, please report this immediately to the delivery company and contact us as soon as possible. Failure to do so does not affect your legal rights, but it helps us make claims against the carrier.
10. Warranty and Liability
We are liable for product defects according to statutory German law. We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform:
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are not obligated or willing to participate in a consumer arbitration process.
12. Final Provisions
German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If the customer is a business, the place of jurisdiction is our registered office.
